Quick answers
- Does a clean scan mean my site is accessible?
- No. Automated testing covers roughly 30 to 40 percent of testable WCAG criteria. See what scans can and cannot find.
- Why can I not publish a statement or generate a VPAT?
- You need to confirm you own the site, have a finished scan that did not hit your plan's page limit (or a template scan on a large site), and be on a plan that includes the feature.
- My scan failed with "could not load any pages". What now?
- The site was down, unreachable or blocking us. See troubleshooting.
- Is there a free tool I can use without an account?
- Yes. The tools page has a contrast checker, an ARIA inspector and a deadline calculator.
