Plans, limits and billing

There are three plans: Free, Monitor ($49 per month or $490 per year) and Pro ($199 per month or $1,990 per year). Paying annually gets you two months free. The pricing page always shows the current details, so treat it as the final word if anything here differs. This page explains how the limits behave once you start using them.

See your plan and change it

Open Account & Billing from the top menu. The first panel shows your plan, the price, when your monthly scan count resets and a link to the billing portal.

• Change Plan / Upgrade takes you to the pricing page to switch plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
• The billing portal is where you update your payment method, download invoices and receipts, and cancel.
• Your dashboard also shows how many sites and scans you have used this month.

What happens when you downgrade or cancel

A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When it does:

• Extra sites are paused. Sites beyond the new plan's limit are paused, keeping your most recently added. Nothing is deleted, and you can activate a paused site later if you have room.
• Team access ends. Team seats belong to Pro, so leaving Pro removes your team members and pending invites. You can invite them again if you upgrade.
• Older history is deleted. A weekly cleanup removes scans and reports older than your plan's retention window: Free 30 days, Monitor 6 months, Pro 12 months. Download any report you want to keep before the change takes effect.
• Cancelling returns you to Free. You keep access to what you paid for until the period ends, and then the Free limits apply.

What happens when you reach a limit

• A scan you start yourself is refused with a clear message that names the limit and the cheapest plan that raises it.
• A scheduled scan that would go over your monthly allowance is skipped, and we email you.
• Adding a site beyond your site limit is refused in the same way.
• Going over a limit never creates an extra charge. The action is refused instead.

The monthly scan count resets on the first day of each calendar month. Unused scans do not carry over. For more detail on pages per scan and queueing see run scans and set a schedule.
